WHAT IS IT?

A FREE coaching group for women who want to learn how to trust themselves around food, gain a new perspective on exercise, and are fully ready to commit to trusting THEIR process and start living the lifestyle they have always wanted!

This “experiment” was created as a way to cultivate a “super awesome” women’s group that will challenge and empower one another to become a better version of their current self! This is about getting out of your comfort zone and facing your “fears” and anxiety around food and exercise.

We have hard from so many of you who feel you are in this alone. You are struggling with your exercise and nutrition and you feel that no one seems to understand.

“I am so discouraged. I cannot seem to lose that last 5 lbs., regardless of what I eat or how much I exercise!”

“I have no motivation to work out. I have tried so many times to get started but I cannot seem to stick with it!”

“I do so well with my eating all week, and then, the weekend comes, and I lose total control.”

We get it and, guess what, WE ARE JUST LIKE YOU. THIS is the exact reason the experiment was created. We want you to get out of your comfort zone with food and exercise. We want you to feel how effective the “power of a group” can really be! It’s about finding that motivation to keep going when you feel like those “last 5 lbs.” are defining your self-worth. It’s about finding solutions and strategies to making fitness more of a priority, and setting realistic goals to stick with it. It’s about giving yourself total permission to eat the foods you like, without letting them control you, and being able to move on with the rest of your day.
