It’s HUMP DAY…and you know what that means!? A pretty awesome workout for you to CRUSH the next time you want to enjoy the great outdoors.
I mean, seriously, legs are still shaking, heart still pounding, and when you can barely get your jeans over ‘dem thighs, you KNOW it was a clutch workout 🙂
Hump Day Hustle
Make sure to, properly, warm-up before tackling this turf or track workout! I suggest a 5-10 minute warm-up, mixed with cardiovascular and dynamic stretching!
You will perform the following protocol for 8 rounds!
100 yard (~20 seconds) ALL OUT SPRINT
Jump Squats: 10 reps
Jump Lunges: 10 reps (per side please)
Rest for 1 minute
*Make sure those jump squats and lunges are as HIGH and POWERFUL as possible (and appropriate for your fitness level)!
