Can Getting Out of Routine Breed MORE Consistency?

They say that you will never change your life until you change something you do daily. While, at face value, they may seem like small steps they are, actually, BIG steps when looking to create a sustainable, and realistic, lifestyle change.

I Had To Hear It for the “1001” Time!

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to attend our business coach, Jill Coleman’s, 2-Day Business Retreat in beautiful Asheville, NC. If you have never been, I highly recommend a visit! I will be honest, I was a little apprehensive about attending, and had even thought about not going at the last minute. Divorce, Dieting, and Getting My Voice Back!

I kind of feel like this is a self-help post. It’s cool, though. Just as I coach clients on finding solutions to their struggles, I, too, need to do the same. And, sometimes, writing it out on paper (or the computer) can be just the thing that is needed!
