“Just Blitzin’ & Hopin”

WOW, 5 weeks are under your belt! Today is the last Wednesday in our “Nutty 4 March Madness” Workout Series. How are you feeling? Loving the workouts? We want to hear from you (and get your feedback)! Please let us know the following:

Now that the housekeeping is complete, time to have some fun! Introducing the Ten Minute “Just Blitzin’ & Hopin” Workout. These are 10 exercises, each done for 1 minute in length, and can be performed, sporadically, throughout your day, or all at once – your choice!

Sorry, no more excuses that you don’t have time!

Blitzes are defined as short, intense, concentrated effort(s) on a given muscle group. The goal: to go to absolute failure. We have tweaked this concept just a bit, but you will still get the same AWESOME effects. Again, you can complete the 10 minute workout all at once, or change it up, depending on your “free” time. Maybe it is 1 exercise every hour on the hour (over the course of 10 hours); or maybe it is 5 exercises in the morning; 5 exercises in the evening (5 minutes each).

Regardless, this is a double whammy; not only will your workout be brief, but it will be INTENSE (trust us)! Level as needed and go at your own pace. In fact, write down your reps for each exercise. Perhaps you can implement over the next 4-6 weeks, re-testing each week and seeing if you beat your previous weeks score. As always, let us know what you think!
