Welcome! 🙂 While you can read our more “formal” biography under the “Health Nuts” tab at the top of the banner, we wanted to give you a very informal background on who we are and what we are all about! While our expertise are in the areas of fitness, fat loss, and behavioral change (#mindset), we also like to have a lot of fun and venture outside of our “comfort zone” too.

We are passionate about creating a tribe that helps women live a lifestyle that is sustainable, realistic, and, most importantly, effortless. We bring both our unique personalities and backgrounds into all the content and programming we deliver. We make our approach FUN, without limitations (#moderation), and we give you personal insight into our own process, everything from lifestyle, workouts, and nutrition, to mindset struggles, mindset practice, and so on.

When we are not immersed in all things wellness, you will find us partaking in some of our favorite things…

Janine, a recent member of the “30 year old club,” loves spending time with her family & friends, shopping (she has an “obsession” with fashion & decorating), enjoying French-pressed coffee, expanding her palate of fabulous champagne and wine, training for (another) marathon, traveling, reading, and catching up on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Daria expands her horizons by participating in lots of outdoor activities, soaking up the rays on the beach, reading a good book, engaging in great conversation amongst the best of friends over cocktails and a good meal, and she even has a knack for collecting rare money/coins.
